We are an established fashion retailing company engaged in design and distribution a wide variety of fashionable leather products i.e. handbags, wallets and shoes. In line with our rapid expansion, we are seeking competent and dedicated candidates to fill the following position:

ADMIN ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

  • Handle correspondence and phone calls
  • Provide administrative support and clerical work
  • Monitor and in charge of stationery movements & office supplies
  • Issuing purchase Orders (online or offline) and follow-updelivery status
  • Liaise & coordinate with suppliers and vendors in sourcing
  • To be In charge of office maintenance service
  • Assist in recording and updating staff overtime & leave records related matters
  • Handle admin duties and other duties assigned
