Job Responsibilities
- Providing customer service to all owners / residents (attend to owners / resident complaints, facilities booking and etc.)
- Daily administrative paperwork.
- Assist Building Manager for any ad‑hoc administrative works from time to time if deemed necessary.
- Compile daily/monthly reports submitted by service provider.
- Assist in creating up‑keeping and maintaining all file at Management Office.
- Collect maintenance fees & others related fees, issuing official receipt and handover to account assistant daily.
- Follow‑up with residents on late payment.
