Job Responsibilities

  • Providing customer service to all owners / residents (attend to owners / resident complaints, facilities booking and etc.)
  • Daily administrative paperwork.
  • Assist Building Manager for any ad‑hoc administrative works from time to time if deemed necessary.
  • Compile daily/monthly reports submitted by service provider.
  • Assist in creating up‑keeping and maintaining all file at Management Office.
  • Collect maintenance fees & others related fees, issuing official receipt and handover to account assistant daily.
  • Follow‑up with residents on late payment.
