Job Description


Support the smooth day-to-day running of the school by handling admin tasks, coordinating logistics and maintenance, liaising with staff and vendors, and assisting with school events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum O-Level

  • 1–2 years admin or operational experience preferred

  • Organised, proactive, and able to multitask

  • Good communication skills and MS Office proficiency

Duration/Working hours:

11 months contract (Mar 2026 to Jan 2027)

Mon- Fri: 7am – 4.30pm
