Responsibilities
- Basic administration job (i.e.: filing, document checking)
- Advise, remind & follow up customer by making outgoing call.
- Preparing reports within given time line.
- Other jobs assign by superior / manager.
- Prepare bill / invoice to customer.
- Explain in details of invoices to customer.
- Data entry jobs.
