Responsibilities

  • Basic administration job (i.e.: filing, document checking)
  • Advise, remind & follow up customer by making outgoing call.
  • Preparing reports within given time line.
  • Other jobs assign by superior / manager.
  • Prepare bill / invoice to customer.
  • Explain in details of invoices to customer.
  • Data entry jobs.
