Description
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules and communications.
- Coordinate and manage projects as directed by the CEO to ensure timely completion.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and organize meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Assist in driving organizational initiatives and priorities as assigned.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in project management, calendar management, and effective communication
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion
