Description

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules and communications.
  • Coordinate and manage projects as directed by the CEO to ensure timely completion.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and organize meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist in driving organizational initiatives and priorities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in project management, calendar management, and effective communication
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion
