Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Team with day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project-related documentation and records
- Handle data entry, filing, scanning, and document control (both digital and physical)
- Support the preparation of reports, forms, and correspondence
- Coordinate and track paperwork submissions, approvals, and follow-ups
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with internal procedures
- Provide general administrative support to facilitate smooth project operations
Requirements:
- Min ITE certificate in Business Administration / Office Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
