Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations Team with day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain project-related documentation and records
  • Handle data entry, filing, scanning, and document control (both digital and physical)
  • Support the preparation of reports, forms, and correspondence
  • Coordinate and track paperwork submissions, approvals, and follow-ups
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with internal procedures
  • Provide general administrative support to facilitate smooth project operations

Requirements:

  • Min ITE certificate in Business Administration / Office Skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
