Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking an Admin Assistant for our client in the oil and gas sector to manage and support day-to-day administrative operations, including staff coordination, office logistics, security, and general office management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.

  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.

  • Draft, format, and distribute emails, correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms.

  • Assist in the preparation of regular reports.

  • Maintain an organized filing and document management system.

  • Manage office supplies and procurement needs.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and management.
