We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with specialized knowledge in export documentation to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our international trade operations by managing export compliance paperwork and providing general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Export Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare, review, and process export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions
  • Ensure all export documents comply with international trade regulations and destination country requirements
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping carriers to facilitate smooth export operations
  • Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and shipping documentation
  • Monitor and track international shipments, providing updates to relevant stakeholders
