Role Overview
We are seeking 9 strong temporary staff to support the delivery of a client redress project over a fixed period. The ideal candidates will have excellent attention to detail, strong process discipline, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
While previous experience in financial services or call centre environments (especially handling complaints) is preferred, it is not essential.
This role may involve handling incoming and outgoing client calls related to the redress process, so strong communication skills and professionalism are key.
