What You’ll Do
- Build and manage systems from scratch to support operations, project tracking, and team coordination
- Own and optimize ClickUp: tasks, workflows, dashboards, and automations
- Use Motion AI to intelligently schedule and prioritize team tasks and manage calendars
- Assist with executive support tasks: scheduling, inbox management, and internal communications
- Coordinate across departments and with external collaborators to keep projects on track
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement better processes
- Support the leadership team with admin tasks including document creation, research, and light data analysis
- Keep everyone and everything organized—like a pro
