What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage systems from scratch to support operations, project tracking, and team coordination
  • Own and optimize ClickUp: tasks, workflows, dashboards, and automations
  • Use Motion AI to intelligently schedule and prioritize team tasks and manage calendars
  • Assist with executive support tasks: scheduling, inbox management, and internal communications
  • Coordinate across departments and with external collaborators to keep projects on track
  • Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement better processes
  • Support the leadership team with admin tasks including document creation, research, and light data analysis
  • Keep everyone and everything organized—like a pro
