Job Description
- Maintaining proper security of sensitive paperwork and conversations
- Keep Property Management issues extremely confidential
- Assists with administrative processes as directed.
- Maintains databases as assigned.
- Receives, prioritizes, issues and logs work order requests, receipts and daily transaction, monitors assignments to ensure work gets completed.
- Designation area is at Highline (located at M.C. Briones St. Barangay Bakilid, Mandaue City Cebu) but training would take place at Avenir (located at Archbishop Reyes, Avenue, Cebu City).
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Background in customer service or client relations is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks and tight schedules. ...
