Job Description

Administrative

  • Provide administrative and operational support
  • Purchasing of supplies, materials, equipment, renewal of certificates and licensing etc
  • Coordinate with vendors and follow up on service contracts
  • Ensure business processes and documentations etc are in compliance with Government standards and regulations
  • Issuance / arrangement of sales and purchase related documents and transactions
  • Any other duties assigned
  • Able to read and write in English, Chinese / Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Initiative and requires minimum supervision at work
  • Good attitude and willing to learn
  • Work experience in office administration will be an advantage
  • familar with account software autocount
  • 3~5 years expenerice
