Job Description
Administrative
- Provide administrative and operational support
- Purchasing of supplies, materials, equipment, renewal of certificates and licensing etc
- Coordinate with vendors and follow up on service contracts
- Ensure business processes and documentations etc are in compliance with Government standards and regulations
- Issuance / arrangement of sales and purchase related documents and transactions
- Any other duties assigned
- Able to read and write in English, Chinese / Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Initiative and requires minimum supervision at work
- Good attitude and willing to learn
- Work experience in office administration will be an advantage
- familar with account software autocount
- 3~5 years expenerice
