Job Description

We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Office Admin to handle administrative and back-office tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and Gujarati, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handle correspondence, maintain records, and organize files.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Support the management team with scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other office materials.
  • Address inquiries professionally and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Graduate (English medium).
  • Experience: 1 – 2 years in an administrative or back-office role.
  • Proficiency in English and Gujarati (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Professional demeanor and problem-solving attitude
