Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma
  • Minimum working experience as Admin 3 years
  • Familiar with E-PEROLEHAN system will be advantageous
  • Experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and manage all tender-related documentation.
  • Collect required information from the Technical and Finance Departments for bid preparation.
  • Organize, update, and maintain tender records in a systematic manner.
  • Ensure all tender documents are submitted before the tender closing date.
  • Manage the tender submission process, either physical or online.
  • Review tender requirements and ensure full compliance with all stipulated conditions.
  • Handle communication with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
