- Minimum Diploma
- Minimum working experience as Admin 3 years
- Familiar with E-PEROLEHAN system will be advantageous
- Experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and manage all tender-related documentation.
- Collect required information from the Technical and Finance Departments for bid preparation.
- Organize, update, and maintain tender records in a systematic manner.
- Ensure all tender documents are submitted before the tender closing date.
- Manage the tender submission process, either physical or online.
- Review tender requirements and ensure full compliance with all stipulated conditions.
- Handle communication with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
