Responsibilities

Managing the lifecycle of insurance claims, from initial intake to final settlement, requiring strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to coordinate with policyholders, adjusters, and vendors, handle documentation, process payments, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations, often within a high-volume environment.

  • Strong familiarity with the Return, Refund, and Claims policies of Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
  • High proficiency in navigating the backend of e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok).
  • Capability to contest and appeal unfair refund approvals made by platform agents.
  • Experience in re-opening closed cases by providing strong counter-evidence, such as CCTV footage, weight records, and packing logs.
  • Ability to use platform-specific policies to challenge wrongful deductions and secure reimbursements for courier damages or fraudulent claims.
