Job Description

Provide general administrative support including filing, record keeping, data entry, and document processing.

Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.

Support procurement activities by processing purchase orders (PO), invoices, and related documentation.

Liaise with cross‑functional teams to ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Assist in arranging FOMEMA medical check‑ups and follow‑up scheduling.

Coordinate with and foreign worker arrangements, including hostel matters and van/bus transportation issues.

Support attendance administration for foreign workers and contract workers, including medical certificates (MC), leave records, and related documentation.
