Job Description
Perform general administrative and office duties including filing, photocopying, documentation, and data entry.
Accurately key in and maintain data in SQL systems, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications including phone calls, messages, and mail distribution.
Monitor and manage WhatsApp groups to coordinate client requests, orders, and complaints in a timely manner.
Prepare, update, and maintain documents, quotations, sales records, spreadsheets, and operational reports.
Compile and submit daily and monthly reports to Managers and HQ, highlighting key activities, performance updates, and outstanding matters.
Assist in purchasing and finance-related administrative tasks such as processing claims, petty cash management, and payments to walk-in customers, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
