We are seeking Administrative Clerk to join our team at All-Ivory Enterprise Sdn Bhd in Taman Putra Perdana, Selangor. This is a full-time position responsible for providing high-quality administrative support across various functions within our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing a range of administrative duties including filing, data entry, document management and general office organisation
  • Handling incoming phone calls and emails, and responding to routine inquiries
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for key personnel
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other business documents
  • Providing support for special projects and events as needed
