Job Description

We are hiring a part time or full time administrative clerk.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in customers, incoming phone and email enquiries
  • Communicate and coordinate with customers in ensuring prompt follow-up and closure for all enquiries
  • Process class registrations, invoice and payment receipts
  • Correspond with existing customers through phone, text messages and emails
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties in support of the day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • Able to speak ,read and write Chinese words
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Applicants with experience working in tuition or enrichment centres have an added advantage
  • Able to work on weekend but exclude public holiday
  • Minimum O levels or equivalent
