Overview

Admin Clerk needed. MingJung Engineering Pte Ltd is a construction company. Current project at VSMC (near Tampines Fire Station). 5 Days working 8:30am to 6:00pm, located at Pasir Ris Height, Vue 8 Condo.

Requirements

  • 2 years working experience
  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Cloud (Office 365 version)
  • Proficient in Chinese (read, write and speak). The management is Taiwanese and requires Chinese skill for customers reporting and paperwork; some translation during meetings with customers or project presentations may be needed.

Main duties

  • Construction administration work, filing, documentation
  • Coordinate work with sub-contractors and their workers; obtain quotations
  • Report to main contractor on daily, weekly or monthly progress
  • Prepare documents for Boss's meeting purposes
