We are looking for a Client Relations Executive to create and nurture long-term relationships with clients. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure clients are satisfied with our services. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to understand client requirements and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. If you also have a background in HR and knowledge of our industry, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities Build strong relationships with clientsCreate plans to address clients’ business needsAdvise clients on creating profitable processesSchedule regular meetings with clients to ensure they are satisfiedAct as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriateEnsure both the company and clients adhere to contract termsStudy competition to find new ways to retain clientsSet sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet themCollaborate with internal teams (e.g. HR team, senior management) to address client’s need.Report generation Requirements Proven experience as a Client Relations officer of atleast 2-3 yearsProven track record of meeting and exceeding targetsBackground in BPO/HR industry knowledge is a plusExperience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)A customer-oriented attitudeExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProblem-solving aptitudeAbility to work well with a teamBBA/MBA in Marketing or a related fieldWilling to travel to meet clients
