We're seeking Administration Coordinators to join our client's team in the Corner Brook area.What We Offer:$18 per hour, + 4% vacation pay Shift: Monday to Friday, 1pm to 9:30pm Weekly pay What You'll Do:Read and analyze incoming memos, letters, and reports to determine their significance and distribute them appropriately Answer and direct phone calls or take messages for appropriate parties Coordinate invoice routing and monitor payments to subcontractors and vendors Enter and maintain client and prospect data into an automated system What We're Looking For:High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in receptionist/office administrator role Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and managing files, records, and other office procedures at a proficient level <...
