Job Description

The Admin Assistant cum Document Controller is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations while managing, controlling, and maintaining organizational documents in compliance with company standards and procedures.

Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to management and staff
  • Manage office correspondence, emails, phone calls, and meeting schedules
  • Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other administrative documents
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and general office organization

Document Control & Management

  • Establish, maintain, and control document filing systems (physical and electronic)
