Job Description

This is a full-time Admin Customer Service role based in Kangar Perlis. You will be responsible for providing excellent administrative and customer service support to the IPRO GROUP SDN BHD' team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling customer requests and complaints, escalating them as needed
  • Maintaining and updating customer records and information in the database
  • Providing general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks and sales support as required
  • Organising and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures
