Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the design and project teams
  • Handle documentation, filing, and data entry for project records, contracts, and invoices
  • Support in quotation preparation, purchase orders, and supplier coordination
  • Track and update payment schedules, project expenses, and petty cash claims
  • Answer calls, emails, and enquiries professionally
  • Coordinate with vendors, delivery teams, and subcontractors for project logistics
  • Support management in preparing simple reports or data compilation

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience (preferably in interior design or construction industry)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently
  • Positive attitude and a strong team player

Added advantage: Experience in Interior Design industry
