Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the design and project teams
- Handle documentation, filing, and data entry for project records, contracts, and invoices
- Support in quotation preparation, purchase orders, and supplier coordination
- Track and update payment schedules, project expenses, and petty cash claims
- Answer calls, emails, and enquiries professionally
- Coordinate with vendors, delivery teams, and subcontractors for project logistics
- Support management in preparing simple reports or data compilation
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience (preferably in interior design or construction industry)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
- Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and a strong team player
Added advantage: Experience in Interior Design industry
