Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Centre Leaders, instructors, Allied Professionals, and the Alumni team, including correspondence, documentation, and office operations.
- Manage beneficiaries' administrative matters, data records, and communication with parents/caregivers, ensuring accuracy and sensitivity to special needs.
- Support HR processes, including recruitment administration, onboarding, staff records, leave management, and staff welfare initiatives.
- Assist in financial and resource administration, including procurement, expenditure tracking, and coordination with vendors and shared services.
- Coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, and community partners to support centre events, meetings, and stakeholder engagement.
- Support digital system implementation, continuous process improvement, and other duties as assigned by Centre Leaders to enhance centre operations.
