Job Description

  • Compile and verify complete and accurate information, along with supporting documents, for Audit PIE reporting and regulatory submissions
  • Prepare monthly management reports, including projected billings and collections
  • Maintain and enhance the utilisation report to identify variances and deliver valuable insights for management
  • Monitor IRB feedback on stamp duty applications and coordinate appeals when necessary
  • Perform any other ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks as required to support the audit operations team

Education and professional skills / knowledge

Experience & Education

  • A recognised Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience in office administration

  • Good command of written and oral English
  • Proficient in MS Office application
