Job Description
- Compile and verify complete and accurate information, along with supporting documents, for Audit PIE reporting and regulatory submissions
- Prepare monthly management reports, including projected billings and collections
- Maintain and enhance the utilisation report to identify variances and deliver valuable insights for management
- Monitor IRB feedback on stamp duty applications and coordinate appeals when necessary
- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks as required to support the audit operations team
Education and professional skills / knowledge
Experience & Education
- A recognised Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in office administration
Other skills
- Good command of written and oral English
- Proficient in MS Office application
