Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia

2+ years fast-paced admin experience

Quick learner of latest office tech

High integrity, team player, energetic self starter

Flexible for occasional overtime and remote work

Own transport; laptop a plus

Good use of new technologies (AI) is a plus

Responsibilities

Implement record keeping and filing systems

Coordinate and execute company events

Process orders with accuracy and integrity

Relay customer feedback, resolve complaints

Flexible for occasional overtime
