Job Summary:

The Admin Executive is responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office administration activities

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

Maintain office records, files, and documentation

Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and services

Manage attendance, leave records, and basic HR coordination

Arrange meetings, schedules, and travel bookings

Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and maintenance

Support HR, accounts, and management with administrative tasks
