Role Overview

The Admin Executive will manage day-to-day office administration and facility operations to

ensure a safe, efficient, and employee-friendly workplace. The role supports smooth business

operations through vendor management, asset control, employee support, and compliance in

a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office facilities, infrastructure, seating, hygiene, and maintenance
  • Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, pantry, transport, repairs, and

services

  • Handle asset and inventory management in coordination with IT and Finance
  • Support employee onboarding/offboarding (access cards, seating, assets)
  • Act as first point of contact for employee admin-related queries
