The Administrator will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations,

delivering high-caliber administrative support, and contributing to the overall efficiency

of the workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Manage & oversee daily office operations efficiently.
  • Handle incoming inquiries from students, parents, or hostel owners.
  • Support hostel booking form processing, payments & related paperwork.
  • Facilitate internal communication & coordination.
  • Assist in schedules, meetings, arrangements, and other tasks as needed.
  • Prepare & submit agreements, bills & hostel accommodation reports.
  • Monitor and manage office inventories and supplies, place orders when needed.
  • Support HR by collecting documents, maintaining employment files, &

assisting in onboarding processes.
