Admin Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate calendars, ensuring meetings and appointments are scheduled effectively
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, facilitating clear and professional communication
  • Provide support with personal tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • A minimum of A Levels or a Polytechnic Diploma
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to manage confidential information with care and discretion
