Job Description
Our client is seeking a meticulous and organized Admin Executive to support their facilities team. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who enjoys a structured environment and possesses the coordination skills necessary to keep a site office running smoothly.
Core Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, your key duties will include:
- Assist the site team in collating and consolidating monthly service and maintenance reports to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including proper filing, scanning of documentation, and other duties as assigned.
- Attend meetings and take accurate minutes to record key decisions and action items.
- Act as a central point of contact for administrative matters within the facilities team to ensure seamless operations.
Job Requirements
- NITEC or Diploma in Office Skills, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
Previous experience supporting a Facilities Management team is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Meticulous and highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
- A collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of managing various stakeholders effectively.
Employment Details
- 2-year contract (renewable) with full benefits.
- 5-day work week (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM).
Located in the Northeast at Pulau Ubin.
Note: Candidates must be comfortable taking a 7-minute ferry ride to the work location from Punggol Point Jetty.
