Overview

Handle day-to-day administrative and office support tasks. Plan and confirm monthly material requirements, delivery schedules, and stock availability. Monitor material inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and arrange urgent purchases when shortages occur. Maintain accurate stock cards and update material inbound and outbound records on a weekly basis. Register newly purchased fixed assets, apply FA codes, and complete inspection and acceptance procedures. Maintain asset records and stock cards by department. Manage the procurement of stationery and cleaning supplies. Assist in invoice processing, payment tracking, and basic administrative finance tasks. Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital). Ensure office facilities, equipment, and common areas are well maintained. Support HR administration such as monitor and track daily attendance of outsourced / subcontracted workers. Support company events, audits, and internal coordination when required. ...
