Responsibilities

  • Handle accounting system. Ensure transactions are recorded accordingly.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, and organizing documents.
  • Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Responsible for administrative services. Booking meetings, and arranging travel itineraries.
  • Handle quotations, PO, invoices, and DO as needed. Organizing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems.
  • Keep track of leaves, mileage allowances, and medical certifications.
  • Draft letters as needed.
  • Liaise with vendors and clients.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
  • Undertake other duties as instructed by management.
