Responsibilities
- Handle accounting system. Ensure transactions are recorded accordingly.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, and organizing documents.
- Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
- Responsible for administrative services. Booking meetings, and arranging travel itineraries.
- Handle quotations, PO, invoices, and DO as needed. Organizing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems.
- Keep track of leaves, mileage allowances, and medical certifications.
- Draft letters as needed.
- Liaise with vendors and clients.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
- Undertake other duties as instructed by management.
