As an admin executive (administration and office support), you will be the first point of contact for our company. We are looking for a candidate to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office and offering administrative support across the organization. You will be in charge of giving clients directions to various parts of the office, coordinate front‑desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Direct clients and visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
