Overview

  • Draft and prepare comprehensive meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain systematic record-keeping and documentation filing.
  • Manage procurement processes, finance requests, and general administrative submissions.
  • Handle professional email correspondence and manage complex appointment scheduling.
  • Oversee inventory management, including regular stock-taking and record maintenance.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end processing and submission of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
  • Track and maintain a centralized database of all active, pending, and expired MoUs.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from patients and visitors to identify areas for service improvement.
  • Support community service initiatives and other organizational programs.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
