Overview
- Draft and prepare comprehensive meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
- Maintain systematic record-keeping and documentation filing.
- Manage procurement processes, finance requests, and general administrative submissions.
- Handle professional email correspondence and manage complex appointment scheduling.
- Oversee inventory management, including regular stock-taking and record maintenance.
- Coordinate the end-to-end processing and submission of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
- Track and maintain a centralized database of all active, pending, and expired MoUs.
- Collect and analyze feedback from patients and visitors to identify areas for service improvement.
- Support community service initiatives and other organizational programs.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
