Brief:

Performs a variety of
clerical tasks and administrative duties such as document
processing, record keeping, report compilation, stock inventory and
other office support services as directed by
Superior.


Job
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible
    for administrative procedures associated with recording and
    collating records for preparation of invoicing, delivery orders and
    other documents in connection with sales, service and
    deliveries.
  • Maintaining stock/consumables goods
    control, inventory, stock movement, issues stock and makes
    requisitions for replacement.
  • Handles routine
    accounting procedures and keeps records of transactions, banking
    transactions, receipts and statements, Debtors Ageing and
    collection. Prepares statements and reminder
    letters.
  • Answering and recording daily service
    complaint calls for further distribution to technical
    staff....
