Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments for management.
- Support preparation of meeting materials such as agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in tracking follow-ups and action items arising from meetings.
- Assist in preparing, organising, and maintaining documents, reports, and records.
- Handle information and documents with confidentiality and professionalism.

- Support internal administrative processes and documentation.
