Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments for management.
  • Support preparation of meeting materials such as agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in tracking follow-ups and action items arising from meetings.
  • Assist in preparing, organising, and maintaining documents, reports, and records.
  • Handle information and documents with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Assist in coordinating logistics for meetings, internal events, and company activities.
  • Support internal administrative processes and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management.
  • Learn and support management‑related administrative processes and workflows.
