Overview
We are expanding our team and looking for two Administration Staff to join us. Both positions are support-level roles but with different areas of focus:
- Application & Credit Facilities – handling credit facility applications, loan submissions, and machinery permits/licenses.
- Import/Export Documentation – managing shipping documents, customs clearance, and international trade paperwork.
Key Responsibilities – Admin Executive (Application & Credit Facilities)
- Prepare, submit, and track applications for credit facilities, bank loans, and machinery permits/licenses.
- Maintain proper records of all application documents and ensure compliance with regulatory and financial requirements.
- Liaise with banks, government agencies, vendors, and internal departments to facilitate approvals.
