Provide daily administrative and operational support

Prepare reports, summaries, and data using Excel

Coordinate with country teams and members

Draft professional communications, notices, and announcements

Support finance-related administration and documentation

Assist in meetings, briefings, and follow-ups

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 0–5 years experience (Admin Executive)
  • 5+ years experience (Senior Admin Executive)
  • Strong Excel and numerical skills
  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa
  • Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
