- Outbound calling for repeat orders / promoting new product / new customers
- Payment follow up, Customer Service
- Quotation mailing & follow up
- Order booking in our customised software & follow up with suppliers (Manufacturers)
- Mail & Letter drafting in English
- Tally ERP 9 – Data entry of Sale / Purchase order & Invoice / Bill
