Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
Handle general administrative duties including filing, document control, and record management.
Prepare and manage administrative documents , letters, reports, and internal forms.
Manage office supplies , equipment, and service providers.
Coordinate office maintenance , utilities, and service contracts.
Support management in scheduling meetings , preparing minutes, and handling correspondence.
Documentation & Coordination
Maintain proper softcopy and hardcopy filing systems .
Assist in preparing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and service documents .
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external parties on administrative matters.
