Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Office Support

  • Handle general administrative duties including filing, document control, and record management.

  • Prepare and manage administrative documents , letters, reports, and internal forms.

  • Manage office supplies , equipment, and service providers.

  • Coordinate office maintenance , utilities, and service contracts.

  • Support management in scheduling meetings , preparing minutes, and handling correspondence.

Documentation & Coordination

  • Maintain proper softcopy and hardcopy filing systems .

  • Assist in preparing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and service documents .

  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external parties on administrative matters.
