Job Description

Maintain a professional, positive and friendly organization image by acting as the first line of contact. Support the school principal and teachers by carrying out common office duties and school matters.

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate and convey well with parents/guardians and teachers
  • Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mails and any other forms of messages
  • Assist in planning and arranging events, including handling lunch catering and outsourced programmes
  • Assist in promoting and marketing of school
  • Assist in purchasing office supplies and school-related materials from time to time
  • May also assist in website materials and social media profiles
  • Manage matters relating to school’s enrolment such as programme enquiries, walk-in prospects, and cash collection as well as follow-up of enquiries
  • Manage and upkeep reception area and the office notice board
