Admin Executive

Manage rental collections, utilities, and other related collections

Prepare official correspondence and letters to clients

Perform routine maintenance and oversee upkeep of existing properties

Identify and evaluate potential new property acquisitions

Handle sales and rental activities for existing properties

Coordinate advertising and marketing of properties

Conduct property inspections and identify defects (basic technical assessment)

Attend site visits as required

Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Preferably a Degree/Diploma in Property Management, Sales & Marketing, Administration, or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of experience in property management (commercial buildings and/or residential housing)

Basic technical knowledge in wiring, plumbing, roofing, and general maintenance is an advantage
