Job Description
This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for day-to-day operations and ensuring the effective management, maintenance, and compliance of company facilities. The role involves a wide range of hands‑on administrative duties, including stationery management, travel coordination, general filing, meal arrangements, third‑party contractor coordination, and company event management.
The incumbent will assist the HR & Admin Manager in tasks related to organization, coordination, and communication, ensuring that all administrative and facility‑related activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
On‑site location: Ulu Tiram, Johor Bahru.
