Roles and Responsibilities

Human Resource

  • Report to Admin & HR Manager
  • Full spectrum of HR duties
  • Prepare letter of appointment, confirmation, increment, promotion, termination etc.
  • Work pass application, renewal, cancellation, repatriation
  • Arranging training for staff
  • CPF Contribution
  • Foreign workers' accommodation and related activities
  • Generating payroll, gathering data & calculating OT
  • Year-end IRAS submission
  • Updating & Maintenance of Personnel Files

Admin

  • Licence & certifications monitoring and renewal
  • Company's ISO Systems, including documentation, maintenance, attending to external audits
  • Working with banks, company secretary, accountant on corporate issues
  • Ensure company Insurance is valid – new/renewal
  • Vehicle management, including vehicle insurance and roadtax renewal
