Primary Responsibilities

Administrative & Office Support

  • Provide daily administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Manage documentation, filing systems, correspondence, and data entry.
  • Prepare letters, reports, memos, and internal documents as required.

Client Support & Coordination

  • Act as a point of contact for clients regarding enquiries, documentation, and basic support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to client requests.
  • Maintain proper records of client communications and service activities.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
