We are a growing insurance agency looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Staff to support our daily office and insurance operations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process insurance documents, applications, and renewals
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records
  • Assist with claims submissions and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with insurance companies and agents
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and basic customer inquiries
  • Support sales and management with administrative tasks
  • Maintain proper filing and office organization

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Insurance or admin experience is an advantage but not required
