We are a growing insurance agency looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Staff to support our daily office and insurance operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process insurance documents, applications, and renewals
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records
- Assist with claims submissions and follow-ups
- Coordinate with insurance companies and agents
- Handle phone calls, emails, and basic customer inquiries
- Support sales and management with administrative tasks
- Maintain proper filing and office organization
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Insurance or admin experience is an advantage but not required
