Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure the duties of Production and Project Admins/Clerks are performed diligently.
  • Monitor production staff movements and manage the Production Admin budget.
  • Provide budget guidance to the Head of Department (HOD).
  • Administer and implement changes in production operational guidelines and environments.
  • Create and maintain office systems, arrange monthly internal meetings, and liaise with other departments.
  • Support the Production/Project Management Team.
  • Welcome new staff and monitor daily attendance.
  • Take minutes for meetings and update staff allocation.
  • Prepare and issue correspondence letters, back charges, and violations to sub-contractors.
  • Consolidate budget proposals and department headcount.
  • Prepare and submit various rosters and schedules.
  • Ensure all reports are submitted accordingly and handle general office and yard matters.
